Expertise · Growing Alongside SEO
Google Ads & Paid Media
SEO is my primary strength and longest track record. Google Ads and Meta Ads are real, growing additions alongside it — I'm upfront that they're not yet as deep as my SEO expertise, and I'm actively building toward my own independent results.
What I bring
- Shared keyword strategy. Paid search shows within weeks which queries actually convert — that data tells SEO which pages to prioritize, and as organic rankings take over for a query, paid budget can move to the next opportunity.
- Campaign structure. Segmented campaigns organized by product line or service, with Shopping/catalog setup, negative keyword hygiene, and brand protection.
- Conversion measurement shared with SEO. The same GA4 instrumentation discipline I bring to organic — purchases, leads, and calls tracked consistently across both paid and organic so results are comparable, not siloed.
- Meta/Facebook Ads as a secondary channel. Full-funnel programmes — low-cost reach and engagement campaigns to build an audience, then conversion/retargeting campaigns to sell to it.
- Honest measurement. Paid-social attribution (click and view-through) can read generously on its own — I cross-check platform-reported results against actual store revenue rather than taking the dashboard number at face value.
Where SEO and paid search meet
Current platform direction makes this overlap more relevant, not less: Google's Performance Max now handles most Shopping activity across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Discover from one campaign, with reporting that shows exactly where budget is going channel by channel — which makes it easier to see which queries are working in paid before committing content resources to them organically. On the Meta side, as of a Ads Manager overhaul earlier in 2026, "Manual" and "Advantage+ Shopping" campaign setup merged into a single flow with AI-driven optimization on by default — useful, but it raises the value of a human who actually understands the account and the product, not just the automation.
On these case studies
Both the Google Ads and Meta Ads case studies below were created with the help of a team — I'm not presenting them as solo work. They're here because they're real and I contributed to them, while I build out my own independent Google Ads and Meta Ads track record to stand alongside my SEO results.
Worked examples
Google Ads account restructuring — rebuilding a personalised-furniture e-commerce account to balance revenue growth and ROAS, after it had passed through multiple agencies with no clear structure.
Meta Ads full-funnel programme — building paid social from close to zero for a furniture brand: content, community engagement, and a conversion funnel on top.
FAQ
Google Ads & Paid Media — Questions
Do you manage Google Ads as well as SEO?
Yes, though SEO is my primary strength and longer track record. I handle both channels around a shared keyword strategy, and I'm continuing to build out my own independent Google Ads and Meta Ads case studies.
Are these your own personal results, or team results?
Both case studies on this page were created with the help of a team — I'm honest about that rather than presenting them as solo results. They reflect real capability I've contributed to while I continue building my own independent paid-media track record.
Can you run Meta/Facebook Ads too?
Yes — a secondary but real channel, measured alongside search conversions, with experience across full-funnel campaigns from top-of-funnel reach through conversion retargeting.
